Sears Holdings Corporation(SHC) went live with an internal learning management system to amplify learning of more than 100K+ associates via short video based courses and assignments.
Associates completes the course work by watching a short video and taking a quiz.
Associates are also assigned video assignement where they have to record themselves performing a task. The video is sent to manager for review and to provide feedback. So far, we have assigned more than 8000 roleplay assignments .
The project is internal project and access is limited to employees.
